The Atlanta Society of Mentors (ASOM) coordinates the efforts of autonomous local institutional chapters to evaluate, implement, and foster modern and innovative mentoring practices in STEM disciplines.  With the primary goals of improving the mentoring culture on campuses through recognizing and be inclusive of diverse perspectives, talent, and career interests.  We strive to provide faculty and trainees with relevant and timely professional development to improve mentoring practices and their own relationships.
